Metrics is a magical word. Every PMO would like to use it in reporting.  To many PMOs, the effectiveness of metrics remain delusive.  This normally happens when the metrics is not derived or tide up with the objectives of the functional areas impacted by the generation and use of the metrics.  RASS Tools can assist you to identify the relevant metrics through our systematic process.
