The solution allows you to store documents in any one or more stores. However, access and security of documents stores are indepenedntly managed. If it does not suite you, you can restrict to SQL Server based documents stores whose security is managed within the solution.
The work flow is controlled through documents contollers who enforces the quality assurance of documents.
Documents search is available through custom selections and can be modified to suite your needs.
Documents access control is applied at documents store and programme level through Windows Logins.
In SQL Server documents are stored in binary format and you'll need the required appliaction to open them.
